Group Bike Rides
Come ride with some pros! We'll do a quick bike safety and then ride together for about an hour. We'll ride through the traithlon bike route a time or two to make sure it's familiar and easy to navigate.

O'Dea will be hosting a running club for any and all interested in improving their run starting after spring break. This club is for everyone: runners, joggers, walkers, and even couch potatoes! Get up and get moving! It'll be a fun, exciting way to prepare for the triathlon, duathlon, or family fun run, or just to get active and be outside.
Running club will be held on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:15.
