Bike Maintenance class at REI
Beginning bike maintenane class -- Routine maintenance on your bike can keep you riding smooth and prolong the life of your bike. Join an introductory class designed to help you take care of your bike.

Group Bike Rides

Come ride with some pros! We'll do a quick bike safety and then ride together for about an hour. We'll ride through the traithlon bike route a time or two to make sure it's familiar and easy to navigate.
Raintree Athletic Club is generously offering FREE training opportunities! They are opening their facility to anyone who has registered for the triathlon for swimming in their pool or running on their indoor track. Click on the link above to find OPEN SWIM times. Please do not come during aquatics classes or swim lessons unless you are a member of the club and have signed up for the class.
You will need to show proof of registration (print your receipt). You will also need to fill out a waiver each and every time you come. In addition, make sure you are familiar with club policies and procedures and are very respectful of the equipment, premises, and other people.
Always check the website to make sure that you are going at appropriate times. Know that the pool will undergo maintenance in the coming months and may not be available for an extended period of time.
O'Dea is currently hosting a running club for any and all interested in improving their run. This club is for everyone: runners, joggers, walkers, and even couch potatoes! Get up and get moving! It'll be a fun, exciting way to prepare for the triathlon or family fun run, or just to get active and be outside.
Running club will be held on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:15. We will hold it year round, except in cases of inclement weather.
